Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
  • Marketing Cloud Certified
  • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development or administration.
  • Proven expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, CDP, and third‑party systems.
  • Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database management concepts.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or business lines preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and deliverability.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities
The Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Salesforce Platform team.

The Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of multi‑channel campaigns across the full client lifecycle, acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and re‑engagement. The role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation Lead, Salesforce Platform team, and cross‑functional partners in Strategy, CX/UX, Creative, and Data to deliver exceptional, measurable experiences.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution
  • Build, test, and deploy email and journey‑based campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
  • Manage campaign setup including data extensions, personalization strings, segmentation logic, and automation flows.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, preference management, and brand guidelines across all campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into executable journeys and automations.
Marketing Automation & Optimization
  • Support the design and execution of marketing automation strategies aligned to the client lifecycle.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), SMS, and analytics platforms to enable unified cross‑channel engagement.
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in campaigns, data flows, or automations.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable, data‑driven insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage Einstein Analytics and visualization tools to deliver reports and dashboards.
  • Research and apply best practices in deliverability, engagement scoring, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with the Platform and Data teams to enhance data quality and integration performance.
