Job Description
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Analyst - Intermediate to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience in an Administrator / Analyst role.
- Solid experience with Service Cloud, including: Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case, Case Escalation, Asset, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge, and other service features.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security.
- Experience working in a structured IT Service Desk or Application Support role.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one ticketing system (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Halo, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Organization‑Wide Defaults.
- Proven experience with: Flows and automation, Reports and dashboards beyond basic use.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification required or in active progress.
- Experience with: Data Loader or similar tools for small/medium data fixes (under proper governance).
- DevOps tooling for Salesforce (change sets, Git‑based pipelines, CI/CD).
- Other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Proven Experience In
- The Intermediate Salesforce Analyst is a hands‑on, mid‑level role responsible for managing and resolving the majority of Salesforce Service Desk tickets for its clients.
- This includes troubleshooting, analysis, configuration changes, minor enhancements, documentation, and coordination with developers or senior consultants for complex issues.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable owning tickets end‑to‑end, making well‑governed configuration changes, and acting as a trusted advisor to business users on how best to use Salesforce.
