This role involves monitoring sales and operational activities while generating essential reports for regional staff. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and possesses strong data analysis skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers the opportunity to support dealer relations and improve sales performance.
The job responsibilities of the Sales Support & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst (Contract) include but are not limited to: daily monitoring of Business Centre sales, orders, allocation and scheduling of vehicles; generation of all adhoc reports & presentations utilized by regional staff; liaising with headquarters teams as required on issues relating to daily operations and shipping of vehicles.
