Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the [market] market.

What will be your agenda?
  • Have +2 years’ experience in Client Services.
  • Provide professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering questions, phone calls). No cold calls.
  • Be flexible to work rotating 8-hour shifts.
  • Work with internal applications.
  • If interested, write Forex, Stock, and Crypto-related articles.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin / Vietnamese / French / Turkish, with polished communication skills.
  • Have a Post-secondary degree / diploma in a related field.
What are we expecting from you?
  • Develop customer systems and partner networks to increase brand recognition and revenue.
  • Support Product Development to enhance product value and market relevance.
  • Assist in developing promotional programs, bonuses, and new ideas to improve customer retention and attract targeted customer groups.
  • Manage each client interaction effectively from first contact to resolution.
  • Assist clients in monitoring and managing accounts, either in person or over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and updating on routine activities.
  • Stay current on WeMasterTrade's products, services, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage multiple inbound/outbound client support channels (phones, email, live chats, in-person).
  • Resolve client issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Be highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on the company's products.
  • Have knowledge of Forex and Stock trading.
  • Maintain good organizational skills, time management, and customer service orientation.
