MacDonald Search Group is pleased to partner with our client in the search for a Junior Sales Representative. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent university graduate who is eager to launch their career in sales with a dynamic, customer-focused company in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers by phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings to understand their needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting new business development
• Assisting with product demonstrations and sample preparation
• Supporting marketing and sales activities, including social media initiatives
• Collaborating with production, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and helping the team achieve sales goals

What You Should Have To Be Successful in the Role

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Highly organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A self-starter who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment
• A genuine interest in food, sustainability, or consumer products is an asset with a proactive learning mindset
