What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide quotes and product information, following up on leads and referrals.
- Develop your own sales funnel for ongoing and future business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality products and services are delivered.
- Schedule customer appointments and manage your time effectively.
- Provide feedback on new growth opportunities to help drive the business forward.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales training to enhance your skills and career development.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on pricing, materials, and financials.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, active listening, and critical thinking abilities.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
- Sales experience in B2B, construction, industrial, or related environments (preferred).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, with a clean Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Clearance.
