Responsibilities
  • Work on customer quote requests generated by our online sales platform (Inbound).
  • Work from a customer list provided by the company.
  • No cold calling or prospecting for new customers. Build quotes based on client needs and close sales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle via telephone and our e-commerce platform: submitting quotes, negotiating, and closing.
  • Work with clients who are both individuals and industry professionals (installers, contractors, etc.).
  • Speak with clients located across Canada and the United States, therefore most often in English.
  • Communicate with our various suppliers to obtain information to support you in the sale of their products.
  • Inform customers about the characteristics and uses of different products.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups using CRM software and ensure follow-ups as needed.
  • Provide customers with an exceptional buying experience by being solution-oriented.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing) to provide impeccable service and build customer loyalty.

  • Uncapped sales commission program allowing for total compensation between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on performance.
