Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence across Eastern Ontario. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct on‑site assessments to understand client requirements
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales experience (construction or industrial sector experience is an asset)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule
  • Willingness to travel throughout GTA
  • Valid driver’s license
