SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Mammoet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate build relationships with clients, increase sales, and provide solutions that benefit both the employer and the client. They must also be able to process basic contract management knowledge to the level of being able to negotiate terms and conditions with customers. You will bring energy and drive to our existing team, opening opportunities and expanding Mammoet’s business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Sales

  • This role intends to continue growth within the emerging energies, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure markets and aims to secure new customers and maintain existing key customers and agreements.
  • Manage existing key clients, ensure interactions, client engagements, trade shows, and reporting activities are met.

Sales Planning

  • Contract management and negotiation
  • Enhancing negotiations in line with Mammoet terms, conditions, and key contracting principles.
  • Administration

  • CRM management
  • Assist with bid preparation and review
  • Presentation to senior management for internal approvals.
  • Bid submission and follow up
  • Additional

  • Work and collaborate with inter-company teams and regional experts and stakeholders.
  • Attend multiple conferences and site visits
  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    Education & Experience

    Education

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Post-secondary in a related business or technical field is an asset
  • Experience

  • Strong English, fluent proficiency in verbal and written skills
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred :

  • Advanced experience in sales systems preferred.
  • Professional level experience in heavy lift and transport operations and equipment, contract management practices, and tender management.
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any / some of the following sectors : civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining
