Soft2Bet is a fast-growing iGaming company expanding into the Canadian market, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Agent to join our Toronto office. This is a high-energy, target-driven call centre sales role where you will be responsible for driving player acquisition and converting leads into first-time deposits (FTD).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: contact leads, guide them through the conversion from registration to FTD, and close deals.
- Focus exclusively on outbound sales calls, targeting new players within Ontario.
- Build relationships with potential players, ensuring a smooth onboarding and conversion process.
- Track and report all activities using Back Office (NR2, Zendesk), Voiso, and Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with your Sales Team Lead and colleagues to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally in a call centre environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and convert leads.
- Highly target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using multiple sales tools and systems (CRM, calling software, spreadsheets).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound lead generation.
