This is a regular full-time position located in Southwestern Ontario.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with the general manager, sales team, and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives.
  2. Leading and supporting your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs.
  3. Recruiting, training, and motivating staff while building strong relationships across the district.
  4. Participating in district and regional meetings and staying informed on local market trends.
  5. Implementing corporate sales strategies and regularly monitoring sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technologies.
  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field (asset).
  • Experience in the automotive field is considered an asset.
