We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has +5 years in port drayage or Ocean sales with a steamship company or NVO in the Transpac market. Candidate needs to be a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of customer needs. This position demands a proactive approach to prospecting and market research, staying ahead of industry trends to effectively target high‑potential accounts. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that address unique client challenges, ensuring satisfaction from the first contact through to post‑sale follow‑up. Success in this role requires adaptability, a tenacious attitude, and the enthusiasm to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. In addition to the posted base salary, we offer a tiered commission structure with performance‑based variable compensation, and we’re open to negotiating the details based on experience and fit.

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, and three to five plus years of related experience.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
