A leading solar technology company is seeking a Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into innovative solar lighting solutions. This permanent, full-time role involves collaborating with the sales team, designing lighting layouts, and drafting technical proposals. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct customer presentations. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 CAD with a hybrid work setup.
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for translating customer needs into technically sound, specification-ready solar lighting solutions and helping our sales team win those projects. You work alongside sales reps to understand customer goals, site conditions, and technical constraints, then design lighting layouts using our standard products and produce the technical content that supports proposals and RFP responses.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
