Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Design Consultant based in Victoria, BC. The Sales Design Consultant will assist customers in choosing furniture and furnishings that align with their style, needs, and space requirements. The role includes providing knowledgeable customer service, offering advice on interior design, and driving sales through expert product recommendations. Consultants will foster strong customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a collaborative showroom environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service with the ability to provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience
  • Background in Sales, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Knowledge of Interior Design principles and an eye for aesthetics and functionality
  • Familiarity with Furniture and Furnishings, including modern and luxury design brands
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also independently managing responsibilities
  • Passion for modern and mid-century design and authenticity in products
