Indogulf BioAg is a growing agri‑biotech company specializing in sustainable fertilizer solutions. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to work closely with the Sales team to keep deals moving, information organized, and customers supported. You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes engine that helps ensure client inquiries, pricing, documentation, shipping and internal coordination all move smoothly and on time.

Employment type

Contract to start, with potential to extend or convert based on performance and business needs.

Schedule

20-30 hours/week

What you’ll do
  • Support the Sales team with day‑to‑day coordination of customer opportunities and ongoing projects.
  • Track all incoming sales inquiries and discover opportunities through email, CRM, and other channels.
  • Prepare and update client status lists, trackers, and summary reports.
  • Create proposals, quotes, and commercial documents for clients.
  • Maintain a library of up‑to‑date proposal templates, standard responses, and supporting materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Factory, Shipping, and Finance.
  • Follow up on outstanding items and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
  • Maintain professional communications with clients regarding inquiries, shipment status, missing information, and follow‑up items.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of process documentation for sales efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, coordination, customer support, administrator, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrates a professional, courteous approach when dealing with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B environments in manufacturing, agriculture, biotech, chemicals, or industrial products, is preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM systems or structured sales pipelines is preferred.
  • Prior experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.
