Overview

Sales Coordinator — Working in Guelph, ON

Do you work best in a linking pin role, coordinating activities to achieve the best results for our customers? At Mammoet, thorough and accurate organization is critical to how we maintain our high standards. We are looking for professionals who can help to make a real difference to our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide support to the sales team handling incoming post and telephone calls, act as helpdesk for internal and external customers and liaise with departments on irregularities.
  • Prepare presentations for customer visits, meetings or business development.
  • Support with marketing analyses and assist in market research process.
  • Gather, compile and structure information on different customer types and categories.
  • Coordinate, execute and maintain department administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up on sale leads with existing and new customers executing relevant sales support activities.
Qualifications
  • Professional level experience in MS Office suite; prior experience with SAP considered an asset
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
