What you bring
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility with people at all levels.
  • Detail‑oriented; outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus skills and experience
  • In the process of, or an interest in, obtaining a valid Real Estate License.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous business development and/or sales activities, such as cold‑calling and market research.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.

  • You apply traditional and innovative sales methods, including compelling presentations, virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: 100% commission based
