Mountain Warehouse is recruiting a Sales Assistant to join its retail team in Elgin.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in good customer service, and likes being part of a supportive team environment.

The role
  • You will support the day to day running of the store, helping create a welcoming and well organised shopping environment.
  • You will assist customers on the shop floor, offering advice on products, promotions, and sizing to meet their needs.
  • You will process transactions accurately using a range of payment methods.
  • You will help maintain high standards of presentation, keeping displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • You will support in store promotions and merchandising activity.
  • You will work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping train new team members when required.
