Summary

Provide administrative and back of house support to the Vancouver boutique, ensuring CHANEL standards of customer service, presentation and teamwork while assisting inventory, packaging and boutique operations. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports shop floor and after-sales tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone and respond to internal and external queries.
  • Provide customer service support on the shop floor and assist Fashion Advisors as required.
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and cash wrap station readiness.
  • Assist in inventory management including shipments, transfers, cycle counts and consolidation.
  • Execute after-sales tasks such as sending sales and coordinating repairs.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and organization and take ownership of secondary stockroom upkeep.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, boutique management and Head Office and post relevant memos and notices.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable collaborating with different departments and teams.
  • Fluent English; second language considered a plus.
