Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Manage CRM system records and support financial and accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations, supply management, and document control.
  • Support HR-related tasks including onboarding, expense management, and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as content scheduling, campaign monitoring, and event logistics.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for external partners and clients.
  • Organize internal documentation and support process improvements to ensure business continuity.
  • Assist with international project administration, particularly maritime-related projects.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365, Power BI, Copilot, and other software tools to support decision-making.
