Overview

The Mullings Group Search Canada has partnered with our client, Natures Formulae Health Products, to find a talented Sales Administrator to join their team in Kelowna.


Natures Formulae is a well-established Canadian product development and manufacturing company with over 30 years’ experience specializing in health and wellness products ranging from Cosmetics, Natural Health Products, Extracts, and General Consumer Products.


The Sales Administrator will support existing customers and ensure smooth operations across the sales cycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and people, and has a knack for keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.


This position is full-time in office and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.



Responsibilities


  • Order Management: Process sales orders from existing customers, align packaging and label requests, ensure accurate entry into ERP/CRM systems and coordinate with procurement and production.

  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • CRM Maintenance: Update and manage customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Sales Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting demand trends for seasonal product lines. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as finance, production, procurement, scheduling, shipping.

  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about natural ingredients, formulations, packaging options and sustainability practices to confidently support customer queries and sales initiatives.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Spire).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Experience in sales administration or customer service is a plus.

  • Passion for natural beauty, wellness, and sustainability.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Prior experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, or skin care industry is a strong asset.
