We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Immigration Paralegal who is fluent in Russian and English and has at least two years of substantive immigration paralegal experience, including work before USCIS, Immigration Courts (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Federal Circuit Courts.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a retired U.S. Immigration Judge on complex, high-impact immigration matters and to gain advanced, practical experience across all stages of immigration litigation and adjudication.
