Roofing Foreman

We're hiring a Roofing Foreman to lead residential roofing crews on custom roofing projects. This role is hands‑on and focused on crew leadership, job‑site coordination, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship and safety standards are met on every project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on active residential job sites
• Perform hands‑on roofing work including tear‑offs, installations, and repairs
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing techniques
• Communicate job progress, issues, and scheduling needs with management

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential roofing, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read work orders and execute projects accordingly
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
