Responsibilities

• Apply water resistant coatings to concrete or other masonry surface areas listed below or over ground level
• Install and fix metal roofs utilizing hand and also power devices
• Install sheet steel flashings
• Install, fix or change built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and also hot asphalt and also crushed rock
• Set up, fix or change tiles, shakes and also various other roofing floor tiles on sloped roofings of buildings
• Read and analyze plans, maps, drawings and specifications
• Erect and set up scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
• Area of specialization: Shingled roofing systems; Standard as well as inverted built-up system; Modified roof system; Inflexible pre-formed roof covering system; Solitary ply sheet membrane roof; Tiled roofings
