Seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager, RN to oversee multiple long-term care, assisted living, and independent living facilities within the Vancouver Lower Mainland.

Operations Manager, RN

Multi-site Seniors Care Home Operations

Responsible for the general operations of these sites, which serve over 450 residents with a staff of 500+, the ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of nursing leadership and administrative experience.

As the Operations Manager, RN, you will demonstrate exceptional management skills, clinical expertise, and strategic vision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall leadership, direction, and accountability for efficient, effective utilization of physical, financial, and human resources
  • Guiding and coordinating activities in accordance with professional standards to ensure excellence in patient-centered care
  • Overseeing capital expenditures, labor relations, and collective agreement negotiations
  • Developing and implementing relevant outcome measures for quality improvement
  • Supporting the organization's strategic goals and objectives

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of nursing team leadership, clinical proficiency, and operational management in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.

Compensation:

Salary range: $150,000+
