Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise, mentor staff, champion quality improvement and ensure compliance.
• Oversee resident admissions, MDS / RAI assessments and staff development.
• Lead the assisted living program in alignment with Fraser Health expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Resident Services Manager and step in as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BCCNM RN registration (BSN preferred).
• Significant experience in senior care.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
