Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred) and in good standing with BCCNM.
  • Prior experience in senior services is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments for resident admissions.
  • Lead staff in applying safety and quality improvement principles.
  • Develop quality improvement networks and analyze data.
