Overview

I have a completed home design for a lot, in Revit 2026, for which I would like marketing renderings. Potential deliverables include up to 3D floor plans, 2 exterior renderings and/or a fly-through, and 2–3 interior room renderings. I can share the Revit project file and am open to using any rendering software application. I’m hoping to hire on a fixed contract basis.

Project Details

Location context and site features to inform renderings include trees and privacy, with every room in the plan having a view. Example: a kitchen view should immerse viewers in the plan and showcase the views and settings as they go about daily routines, including a possible view from standing near the fridge to see out both windows. A rear deck with accordion doors is a marketable feature. A wood burning stove is not mandatory, but a concept considered was a large screen TV and a floating wood burning stove against a textured feature wall with a minimalistic appeal and an area to store split wood.

The concept emphasizes a large forest-like feel in spaces such as the Master Bedroom, where windows provide a strong connection to the treed setting. The exterior theme is a charming modern farmhouse, with horizontal siding and selective vertical siding for visual interest, earthy-toned dry-stack ledgestone for exterior stone work, and an overall design that is practical, easy to construct, and maximizes the treed lot setting with abundant windows.

Deliverables & Expectations

• Produce marketing renderings: interior and exterior views, 2–3 interior room renders, and potential 2 exterior renders or a fly-through
• Possibility of 3D floor plans
• Use the Revit project file (or compatible workflow) and share deliverables in agreed formats
• Capture views and setting emphasis (trees, privacy, lot context)
