Overview

Be a Freedom Mobile Brand Ambassador – provide outstanding customer service, ensure an engaging and exciting workplace for yourself and your peers, and drive continuous sales results!

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who shows strong abilities in multitasking, organization and time management to join the Retail Team Lead role at Freedom Mobile.

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store per Operating Policies, maintaining keys to the Store, and accountable for ensuring the Store and Company assets are properly safeguarded and secured.
  • Communicate sales performance results with the Team and provide clear action plans to drive sales.
  • Assist in providing on-the-job training for new hires and the continued training and development of team members by providing on-the-floor peer mentor / observations as needed.
  • Meet personal targets while driving peers to achieve store goals through effective mentoring and training.
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts as directed by the Store Manager, which may include Inventory Management (RMAs, Shipping, Receiving), Banking (Cash Management, Daily Deposits), Merchandising, etc.
  • Sell merchandise and process payments by totaling purchases and processing cash, debit, or credit card payments appropriately and ensure accurate cash management practices are followed by Retail Specialists on shift.
  • Regularly update team members on sales progress and initiatives.
  • Lead by example in ensuring that all standard operating policies, processes, and procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager.
Qualifications
