Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school
Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Job Descriptions: In this role, you will be asked to perform various functions. A retail store supervisor is tasked with ensuring that a store runs smoothly. This can involve many different tasks, including but not limited to:
· Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
· Supervise the floor, manage product displays, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
· Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
· Lead and support front-line staff in day-to-day tasks.
· Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees.
· Assist with scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
· Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate issues to the business owner.
· Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.
· Ensure that all team members provide friendly, fast, and courteous service.
· Resolve product or transaction-related issues effectively.
· Perform cash counts, reconciliations, and prepare bank deposits when required.
· Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.
· Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
· Ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
· Ensure staff comply with all Circle K policies, procedures, and safety regulations
