Job summary

Un restaurant local à Grande Prairie recherche un directeur de cuisine pour superviser l'équipe de cuisine et garantir la qualité des plats. Vous aurez en charge de former le personnel, de gérer les plaintes des clients et de veiller au respect des normes de sécurité. Une expérience en restauration d'une à deux ans est requise. Ce poste nécessite un certificat ProServe et offre un environnement de travail dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un cadre de restauration.
  • Doit pouvoir superviser 5 à 10 personnes.
  • Certificat ProServe requis.

Responsibilities

  • Établir des méthodes pour respecter les horaires de travail.
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel.
  • Former le personnel aux tâches, à l'hygiène et à la sécurité.
