Overview

As the Restaurant Manager at Dairy Queen, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain financial performance, and ensure a superior customer experience while complying with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labor cost and staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain inventory and health and safety standards
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation, address customer complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and manage events

Qualifications

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role
Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Organized, Team player, Ability to multitask
Supervision: 11-15 people
