Where: Victoria, BC V8V 0C8

Work Setting: On-site only; no remote work options available.

Salary: $38.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.

Terms: Permanent, Full-time.

Schedule: Candidates must be available for shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and flexible hours.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed at the physical work site.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
