Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in fine dining, a strong understanding of guest service at the highest level, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic and dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate our team of hospitality professionals to deliver consistent, elevated experiences.
  • Partner closely with the BOH team to maintain alignment during service.
  • Develop and enforce service standards, training programs, and operational procedures.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labour costs efficiently.
  • Handle guest relations with professionalism and discretion, resolving issues effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations.
  • Seeking and responding to feedback
  • Creatively evolving the service experience to continually delight our customers
Qualifications
