Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in fine dining, a strong understanding of guest service at the highest level, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic and dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate our team of hospitality professionals to deliver consistent, elevated experiences.
- Partner closely with the BOH team to maintain alignment during service.
- Develop and enforce service standards, training programs, and operational procedures.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labour costs efficiently.
- Handle guest relations with professionalism and discretion, resolving issues effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations.
- Seeking and responding to feedback
- Creatively evolving the service experience to continually delight our customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sommelier or advanced wine knowledge is considered an asset.
- Belief in a learning mindset with a core focus on leadership coaching over strict management
