Relevant du Directeur Général, le Responsable Régional des Sciences de la Vie au Canada est responsable d'optimiser les comptes existants dans les sciences de la vie et d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour étendre la présence de JLL à travers le pays. Ce poste combine le développement commercial avec l'excellence opérationnelle, en se concentrant sur le développement de nouveaux comptes et en assurant la satisfaction client dans toute la région.
Le Responsable Régional créera et mettra en œuvre des plans de comptes stratégiques pour ravir les clients et favoriser des relations à long terme. Il anticipera les besoins des clients, offrira des performances exceptionnelles sur les indicateurs clés, et élaborera des plans financiers visant à dépasser les objectifs de revenus et de rentabilité. Le Responsable Régional créera et gérera également des équipes hautement performantes qui offrent l'excellence opérationnelle tout en maintenant les employés engagés et épanouis. Travaillant conjointement avec la Division des Sciences de la Vie et l'équipe de direction Work Dynamics, il alignera les stratégies régionales avec les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise et les traduira en opportunités commerciales.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Regional Lead for Life Sciences in Canada is accountable for optimizing existing life sciences accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand JLL's presence throughout the country. This role combines business development with operational excellence, focusing on developing new accounts and ensuring client satisfaction across the region.
The Regional Lead will create and implement strategic account plans to delight clients and foster long-term relationships. They will anticipate client needs, deliver outstanding performance on key indicators, and build financial plans aimed at exceeding revenue and profitability targets. The Regional Lead will also create and manage high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence while keeping employees engaged and thriving. Working in conjunction with the Life Sciences Division and Work Dynamics leadership team, they will align regional strategies with the firm's overall goals and translate these into business opportunities.
