Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in related role.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative and ad-hoc maintenance of the building.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate issues immediately.
• Clean vacant suites and common areas according to schedule.
• Maintain building life safety and emergency systems.
• Supervise security and perform daily checks.
• Assist with suite turnover and documentation.
• Support leasing and general administrative duties.
