Qualifications

  • Previous property management experience would be an asset.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must have a clean driver's abstract.
  • Must complete & pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full leasing process, managing calendar leads and applications.
  • Complete renewal activities for eligible residents.
  • Support collection efforts for payment issues.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels for suite availability.
  • Ensure maintenance is conducted in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Manage and maintain operating budgets.
  • Create a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Support community engagement through local relationships.
