A leading elder care provider located in Williams Lake seeks a Resident Care Attendant to assist seniors with daily activities and ensure high standards of care. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized health care program and be registered with the BC Care Aide Registry. This role offers fulfilling interactions with residents and team members, emphasizing dignity and respect in care. Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 3 on 5 off, or 5 on 4 off shifts.

The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
Internal Closing Date: September 16, 2025
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 3 on 5 off and 5 on 4 off (In 6 weeks period) from 7am-7pm
Approximate Start Date: September 21, 2025

Wage Levelling Salary: $29.83 per hour
