A long-term care provider in Canada is seeking a Resident Care Attendant to support seniors with daily activities and personal care services. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a recognized Health Care Assistant program, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be registered with the BC Care Aide Registry. This position offers a salary of $29.83 per hour and includes a supportive work environment focused on caring for residents.

The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
