About The Opportunity

As a Mechanical Engineer in our R&D Team, your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and delivering complex R&D projects from start to finish.
  • Innovating and validating new ideas, integrating successful ones into our processes.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Analyzing work on the shop floor to identify improvements.
  • Identifying patterns, troubleshooting, and enhancing quality and productivity.
  • Upgrading production stations for efficiency.
  • Selecting, installing, and commissioning new machinery, either directly or with specialists.

About You

Our ideal candidate is a flexible problem-solver passionate about machinery and continuous improvement. You will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Canadian degree equivalency required).
  • 2-5 years of engineering experience or similar, though all levels are welcome.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
  • Experience with manufacturing and CNC machining.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines to drive project success and process enhancements.
  • Self-motivation and excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
