Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, send, manage, and negotiate renewals with plan advisors
  • Prioritize and monitor renewal workload by assigned cases and advisors
  • Access internal systems for previous renewals, claims history, and other reports
  • Adjust renewal rates based on case and advisor requirements, applying Discretionary Spending Account (DSA)
  • Handle renewal appeals and assist advisors in selling renewals
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of renewal processes and underwriting
  • Good knowledge of Group Benefits products, services, pricing, and cost control
  • Familiarity with industry trends and advisor requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to coach and assist plan advisors effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
  • Experience in managing competing or fluctuating priorities and deliverables
  • Capability to engage with advisors of different maturity levels and product understanding
