Qualifications

• Strong modeling skills in Excel and comfort with BI/Dashboarding platforms.
• Able to manage sensitive compensation data with precision.

Responsibilities

• Drive increased pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain strategic dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on bookings plan modeling.
