Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets/issues onsite for the ISPW SCM platform.
• Coordinate with offshore team for queries/issues in sprint stories.
• Support Developers for issues in code movement/deployment.
• Handle all intake RITM requests and assign to offshore teams.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and create documents in ServiceNow.
