This role is pivotal in managing and providing outstanding service to a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients. As the key point of contact, you will work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams to ensure all client needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise. You'll drive customer retention and revenue growth by building robust relationships and leveraging your knowledge of insurance processes. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented remote environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
  • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
  • Evaluate carrier relationships and market placement for commercial insurance products
  • Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
  • Research and implement solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead daily interactions with clients and stakeholders
  • Consult with customers using your subject matter expertise
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve internal goals and client expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years in Property and Casualty insurance
  • Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with Agency Management Systems
  • Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
