A leading Canadian service provider is hiring 2nd Cooks for the Waasigan Transmission Line Project. Qualifications

• Experience in culinary environments is preferred.
• Food Safe certification is a plus.
• Must possess a valid government ID for travel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily meal preparation and service in the camp kitchen.
• Prepare starches and assist with hot breakfast.
• Collaborate on production strategy with the First Cook.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.
• Replenish dessert and condiment stations.

Skills

Experience in camps, hotels, or banquet kitchens

Food Safe certification

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to work overhead
