We are hiring Remote Call Center Representatives to join our customer support team. Position Responsibilities
  1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  3. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  4. Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  6. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will frequently operate a computer and other office equipment including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects; hold onto objects; and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
