Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Ran agile and release teams.
• 4 days in office in Montreal.
• Guides, supports, and removes obstacles rather than commanding; empowers teams to self-organize.
• Expert at running PI Planning, ART syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team ceremonies.
• Helps teams and stakeholders align, make informed trade-offs, and drive consensus without overstepping ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience.
• Candidate must be currently based in Montreal.
• Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
