A mental health service provider in Fredericton is seeking a Registered Social Worker to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing individual trauma therapy and case management for clients facing complex mental health challenges. A Master's degree in Social Work is required along with 1-2 years of experience in the field. Status: Part-time and Full-time available | Permanent
FTE: 0.5 - 1.0 (20 - 40 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Location: The Newly Institute Fredericton Clinic (#6, 5 Acorn Street, Fredericton, NB)
The Newly Institute was founded to provide long‑lasting change within the mental health industry, our community, and with our clients. Our intensive outpatient programs provide rapid access, rapid resolution, and rapid return to work and healthy lifestyle programs for anxiety, depression, addiction, post‑traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and chronic pain.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Social Worker to join our multi‑disciplinary clinical team at our Fredericton clinic.

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, the Registered Social Worker will be responsible for conducting intakes, case management, group facilitation, and providing therapy for individuals struggling with complex mental health conditions.
Following our rotational therapist model, you will work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes, while sharing our core values of communication, community, excellence, health, and innovation.
Other responsibilities related to the role and scope of work may be assigned.
