Location: Haliburton Region

Status: Contract / Part-time / Full-time (assignment-dependent)

About Qualicare Durham Region

Qualicare Durham Region is a nurse-led, CARF-accredited home care organization expanding its clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract. We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across the Haliburton Region.

Role Summary

RPNs provide hands-on nursing care to WSIB clients in the home, supporting clinical stability, safety, and daily health needs under RN oversight.

Extended or continuous care assignments (3–24h) are structured as employee roles in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home nursing care aligned with care plans
  • Support medication administration and monitoring
  • Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
