As a Medical and Surgical Nursing Resource, you will have the chance to develop areas of expertise by experiencing a wide range of care environments. The successful incumbent thrives in a dynamic setting, is resilient, and highly adaptable to various roles and responsibilities.
About the Role:
This full-time position, as part of the nursing resource team you will be placed on a full-time master schedule and will be floated to where the care demands are for medical and surgical patients. You will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The physical demands of the role may include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending as required by the diverse assignments across different units.
